Sydney hardcore crew Speed formed in 2019 out of the ashes of Endless Heights, when brothers Jem and Aaron Siow teamed up with Josh Clayton, Dennis Vichidvongsa, and Kane Vardon. Since then, they’ve risen fast – from their early 2020 Flex EP, to 2022’s breakout Gang Called Speed, to their 2024 debut album Only One Mode, which earned them an ARIA Award and a slot at Coachella.

Now the band return with a new chapter. Their upcoming EP All My Angels lands this October via Flatspot Records (worldwide) and Last Ride Records (AUS/NZ), produced by Elliott Gallart at The Chameleon Studios.

The record is rooted in loss, written in memory of three close friends. Vocalist Jem Siow reflects: “three of our close friends passed away in 18 months – but, amidst this devastation I was overcome with a deep sense of clarity and peace… Their lives were short, but I know our experiences together were lived with deep, meaningful intention, which has in turn empowered us with more meaning and purpose while we are still here.”

Alongside the announcement, Speed have dropped a video for the first single Peace.
